Welcome to LoveTest, operated by Digital Inspiration SARL ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the LoveTest app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of service

The App provides relationship-enhancement tools, including but not limited to:

- AI-powered couple coaching and recommendations.

- Interactive couple games and compatibility quizzes.

- Psychological love and personality tests.

- Progress, milestone, and memory trackers.

- Daily romantic activities and challenges.

2. Eligibility & account registration

- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use this App.

- Account Accuracy: If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Premium subscriptions & billing

The App offers a free version and a paid Premium subscription.

- Premium Features: Upgrading to Premium unlocks advanced AI insights, additional challenges, and removes all advertisements (100% ad-free experience).

- In-App Purchases: All subscriptions and billing are processed securely through third-party platforms, specifically the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

- Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime directly through your device's store settings.

- Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google, subject to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

4. AI and entertainment disclaimer

- For Entertainment & Growth Purposes: The App’s compatibility scores, psychological insights, and AI coaching recommendations are generated by automated algorithms and artificial intelligence. They are designed for communication, entertainment, and relationship-building purposes.

- Not Professional Advice: The App does not provide professional psychological, relationship, medical, legal, or counseling advice. It should not be used as a substitute for professional therapy or counseling.

5. Acceptable use & conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

- Harass, abuse, threaten, or stalk your partner, crush, or any other user.

- Upload, post, or share any content that is offensive, illegal, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the App's technical infrastructure.

6. Intellectual property

All content, features, code, designs, graphics, and AI models within the App are the exclusive property of Digital Inspiration and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digtal Inspiration shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to relationship outcomes, emotional distress, or loss of data.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any major changes by updating the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page or via an in-app announcement. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
